  • Submit the inquiry form on the Contact page with your wedding date, location, party size, and services needed. The team responds within 3 business days to confirm availability and provide a personalized quote. Once confirmed and accepted, a retainer secures the date.

  • Most Kreativ Beauty brides book 6–18 months in advance, particularly for popular summer and fall weekends in Vancouver and Whistler. The team recommends reaching out as soon as the venue and date are confirmed. 2026 weekend dates are currently filling quickly.

  • Yes. Kreativ Beauty travels throughout Greater Vancouver, Whistler, the Sea-to-Sky corridor, Vancouver Island, and other BC destinations. Travel fees apply beyond the Vancouver area: $85 per hour for travel time plus $0.60 per kilometre for fuel. Ferry costs and accommodation, where required, are covered by the client.

  • After submitting the Kreativ Beauty inquiry form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. A member of the team will personally follow up within 3 business days with your availability confirmation and a custom quote. There is no commitment or payment required at the inquiry stage.

  • Yes. A retainer is required to officially secure your date on the Kreativ Beauty calendar. The retainer amount and payment schedule are confirmed in your booking agreement. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without a signed agreement and retainer on file.
